1. The Audit Committee has reviewed these results and the Board of Directors has approved the above results at their meeting held on 14th February, 2022. 2. The Company has only one reportable segment. Hence, the disclosure as required under IndAS 108 Segment reporting is not given. 3. The Financial Results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Indian Acounting Standard (IndAS) notified under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015 as amended by the Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) (Amendment) Rules, 2016. 4. The figures for the quarter ended 31st December 2021 represent the balance between unaudited figures in respect of Nine Months ended 31st December, 2021 and those published upto the second quarter of the respective financial year. 5. The figures for the corresponding previous periods have been regrouped/reclassified wherever considered necessary to confirm to the figures presented in the current period.
